All images featured on this blog were created by me, Caitlyn Pickerill, using http://www.canva.com, unless otherwise stated. I did not create the book cover images, most of which I got from Goodreads. The “add to Goodreads” image also came from Goodreads. My rating stars came from http://www.pureimaginationblog.com. If you have any questions regarding where an image came from, please feel free to email me. You can find my email on my “Contact Me” page.
I will try my best to put this trigger warning image on reviews for books that contain triggering topics. If you see one and would like to read the trigger warning before anything else, I recommend skipping the synopsis and scrolling straight to the review. It will be the first thing stated in the review. I would like to start doing this so that people who want to avoid books of certain subjects are able to do so. Please be aware that I will not be able to do this for every book and I am likely to miss some. In most cases it will only be for books in which the trigger is very prominent. If there is a book I have reviewed that you believe needs a trigger warning when there isn’t already one there, please feel free to email me. My email can be found on my “Contact Me” page. Please note that the trigger, in most cases, in no way affects my review (and if it does it will be stated clearly in my review). Meaning that I will not rate a book based solely on that trigger present in that book. This shouldn’t be a problem because if I have an issue over the topic of a book, more than likely, I’m not going to pick up that book. However, I thought I would include it on a just in case basis.
